Electronics Technician II:

 

Primary Duties:
• Process and repair customer orders and RMAs.
• Communicate expected lead times and completion dates with internal supervisors, sales and managers.
• Manage long term repair projects
• Work with engineering staff for customer based projects
• Complete all repair order processes in our ERP system.
• Actively improve documentation and processes for Production and Service.
• Repair and service customer products to the component level
 
Secondary Duties:
• Assist with Production training as necessary.
• Assist with Service training as necessary.
• Assist other departments as needed.
 
Qualifications:
• AA degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Two years soldering experience.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Places a high value on quality and consistency.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Office environment.
• Computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Speed and quality in repair work.
 
The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:
• Can do attitude.
• Available to help with any part of the company from warehouse work to engineering testing.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet expectations and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to continually pursue new ways to increase efficiency and quality of service provided to external customers, internal customers, and management.
