The PHL 1300 powers you
through a full day’s
work on a single charge. 8 MB of data memory is large enough for intensive
data collection applications. Clever design extends battery life and protects
data. Operates on two “AA” batteries or an optional LiON rechargeable
battery pack. The low battery drain can be further reduced using the selectable
automatic power-down feature. Battery backup maintains data for up to
21 days even when main battery power is lost.
PHL 1300 is small, light and ergonomic with a simple keypad layout anyone
can use. Don’t let the graceful, uncluttered design deceive you. It
is packed with features usually found in more costly terminals.
The extremely large, backlit LCD display provides excellent viewing in
dim or bright lighting. 19 keys can be programmed for user-defined functions.
A conveniently located IrDA port allows communications directly to belt-mounted
devices such as portable printers. To transmit data, place the terminal
in the cradle. Communications and charging are automatic. Up to 16 cradles
can be daisy chained through a single communications port.
A simple demo application is factory installed for easy data collection
options. More advanced programming aids are available for more experienced
programmers.
