The OPH 1003 is a reliable, elegant and rugged portable device. Its soft grip with 23 key function and large LCD screen promotes ease of use. For data collecting, the terminal comes with 64MB data memory for data storage, perfect for accommodating regular or larger inventories.

The high performance laser scanner provides a fast and accurate scan at 100 scans per second. The OPH 1003 has no problem reading poor quality or marginal bar code symbols.

The terminal transmits the data via IrDA (batch method) through the cradle which also charges the device.

The housing of the OPH 1003 is sealed to IP54 standards holding up where water and dust resistance is required. The scanner withstands multiple drops up to 5 feet onto concrete, yet weighs just 4.9 ounces.
