Portable Batch Laser Barcode Scanner with Display, Keypad
The OPL9728, a portable batch laser scanner from Opticon, features
a real-time clock, a display and a keypad for quick data entry. The OPL9728 is
ideal for logistics, inventory and retail applications. Since the OPL9728 is
programmable, solution providers can use Opticon’s free SDK to create custom
scanning applications.
The OPL9728 stores data onboard for later transfer via IrDA through a charging cradle (sold separately.) The charging cradle is available with a serial, modem or GSM interface. OPL9728 product highlights include:

Software Development Kit
Opticon provides a free SDK for the OPL9728 called the C Library Kit. The compiler, SDK, files, sample code and examples are included. Applications are written in C. The Toshiba ANSI C cross compiler must be purchased separately. Download OPL9727 SDK.
