The OPL9723, a portable batch laser scanner with a real-time clock from Opticon, is ideal for applications that require information on time of day. This batch scanner is perfect for inventory, retail or logistics applications. The OPL9723 is programmable so that channel partners can develop custom scanning applications. The OPL9723 stores data onboard for later transfer via IrDA through a charging cradle (sold separately.) The charging cradle is available with a serial, modem or GSM interface. OPL9723 product highlights include:

Software Development Kit (SDK)

Opticon provides a free SDK for the OPL9723 called the C Library Kit. The compiler, SDK, files, sample code and examples are included.  Applications are written in C and compiled with the Toshiba ANSI C cross compiler which must be purchased separately. Download OPL9723 SDK.
